As a member of the Bozeman Area Chamber of Commerce, Dr. Russell Swan, M.D. and the staff at Vance Thompson Vision have grown internally and engaged with the business community through networking and development opportunities offered by the Chamber.
Through the Chamber’s ten-week Leadership Bozeman program, Swan has seen his internal team members develop leadership skills, network with other business members, and become more involved in the Bozeman community. They’ve also formed valuable connections by participating in Leads Groups, which provide opportunities for individuals from varying business communities to get together and share ideas, information and business or partnership leads.
