Gallatin Valley Tournament Sponsorship Packages

Goals:

• Pursue and host high school sports tournaments.

• Produce economic activity to the Gallatin Valley.

• Promote and support high school level sporting events.

Objective:

• Bring teams and loyal sport fans to the Gallatin Valley. Teams and fans buy gas, food, lodging, and patronize local retail businesses during their stays.
• Annual economic impact has been approximately $5,000,000 to $6,000,000.
• Your business may benefit indirectly, as service businesses return their dollars back into the community via the purchasing cycle.
• Your sponsorship helps defray the costs of the tournaments. Costs include facility rental, hospitality room, tournament officials,
  security, etc.

• Tournaments are awarded by a bidding process. The tournament committee directly competes with many other Montana cities for the right to host these state tournaments.
• The tournament committee DOES NOT receive any revenue from the gate receipts. All gate receipts from a tournament go back to the Montana High School Association.
• The economic value of these events to the Gallatin Valley far outweighs the costs of putting on the events. Your sponsorship enables us to continue hosting these fine events.
