- In this workshop we will discuss what a great employee looks like in our business model. We will identify traits, habits, and attributes of great employees and explore ways that we can lead people to achieve our and their goals. We will also discuss things that Leaders should not do.
Tuesday, May 1, 2018 | Leveraging Today's Workforce | Register
- In this workshop we will discuss the differences in today's workforce compared to prior years, tactics to maximize generational differences and Leadership strategies for improving performance.
