The Board of Directors of the Bozeman Area Chamber of Commerce is made up of a cross-section of business leaders representing the categories of business: Finance, construction, professional services, non-profits, MSU, manufacturing, restaurants, lodging, transportation and wholesale distribution. Four new board members are elected annually, with terms beginning in January for 3 years. The Board Chair may appoint up to 3 individuals for 1-year terms. The Executive Committee is made up of the Board Chair, Past Chair, Chair-elect, Treasurer and President/CEO.
